We are particularly proud of our sausages, which are produced on our state of the art equipment. We have a variety of seasonings available so we can cater to your requirements whether you require a Plain Pork, Cumberland, Lincolnshire or something a little more tantalising such as Pork and Apple, Pork and Black Cracked Pepper, Pork and Leek, Toulouse, Merguez, Venison and Red Wine or something a little more bespoke we will cater to your specification.
Speciality & Charcuterie
We offer a range of speciality products such as Whole Cooked Ham, Black pudding, Duck Fat, Goose Fat.
In addition, we also have a selection of Charcuterie products and can source to your requirements. We currently stock Chorizo (Sticks, Rings & Links), Milano Salami, Pancetta (Whole or Sliced) and Sliced Prosciutto.
Gammon & Bacon
Gammon is available in Netted Converters (Whole Legs), Horseshoes, Corner joints, Smoked Horseshoes, Gammon Hocks Smoked or Unsmoked, Full and Half Face Gammon Steaks in any size.
If you require Smoked or Unsmoked, Streaky or Back, Dry or Wet Cured, our bacon is available in either 2Kg or 2.27Kg.
